Appointment Policies
At Modern Chic Spa, we believe everyones time is valuable. Out of respect for our staff and other clients, we kindly request that you give us atleast 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellation made 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a rebooking fee of 50% of the service charge. Thank you for your understanding on this manner.
We kindly request that you arrive on time or early to your appointment. We will unfortunately not be able to service you if you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment and will be subject to a rebooking fee of 50% of the service charge.
If you arrive less than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may service you at Modern Chic Spa, however your service time will be limited to the amount of time allotted from the original booking time. Thank you for understanding on this manner.
We recommend booking in advance. We are by appointment only.
Our goal is for you to get the best experience at Modern Chic Spa. Please silence your phone and minimize cell phone use during your visit.
Please don't hesitate to ask for a silent appointment if you're anxious, tired, mentally drained etc. and just want to avoid conversation and have some quiet time.
There will be no judgment… there never is. Regardless of the reason, you are always welcome to utilize this option.
